Your stats, at a glance
What it tracks and what it doesn't
Active browsing time — not "time on screen"
Apple's Screen Time counts every second the app is on screen, including when you're composing a DM or reading an article. Dull tracks only active browsing — the time you're actually scrolling. It pauses when you leave the app. The number you see is closer to reality.
No goals. No score. No celebration when you're "doing well."
Dull doesn't have an opinion about your usage. There's no achievement for cutting back, no warning when you're over a "recommended" limit. The numbers are yours. What you do with them is up to you. Most people find that seeing the real number is enough — they don't need a system built around it.
